Beautiful dried Herati plums with a natural sweetness and a pleasant tart taste. They are picked fully ripe in the Herat province, dried carefully and cut into very thin slices.
The Herati plums come from Ziba Foods , who work directly with smallholder farmers and cooperatives in Afghanistan and purchase the highest quality produce. They are hand-sorted and meet high food safety standards (HACCP).
