Chia pudding
A real warfair morning!
Virunga Origins sets the stage for a good start to the day with Arabica coffee and a bowl of creamy chia pudding with crunchy, salty, sweet and chewy toppings, what's not to like?
Chia pudding:
2 tbsp | chia seeds |
2 dl | almond milk |
1 sprinkle | cardamom etc. vanilla |
Mix the three ingredients well so that there are no lumps.
Whether you want to use cardamom, vanilla or both is a matter of taste.
Leave it on the kitchen counter for about half an hour and stir well again.
Put in the fridge overnight.
The next morning it is ready to be served after stirring.
We have chosen to top with chopped pistachios , sun-dried figs and apricot kernels , but only the imagination sets the limits.
