Make your own Afghan almond tree

We were surprised when last spring we suddenly received many orders for our special Satarbai almonds with shells .

The reason was that skilled planters had discovered that they could be made to germinate.

Peel off the shells. Put them in water for 1 day in the fridge and a week in a closed box if necessary. between a slightly damp paper towel and a slightly cool place. Then they sprout and can be planted out in pots.

Buy a bag of Satarbai almonds and try it yourself (and eat the rest :-))

Maybe you can end up with beautiful Afghan almond flowers in the garden.
