Afghan women we are dealing with
In the autumn, our board member Tahmina Salik made a number of unique interviews with Afghan women working at Ziba Foods, which we buy almonds and dried fruits.
When the Taliban took power, we chose, to protect the women, not to bring them. But now we have calmed down, women are working again and Ziba Foods and the women have allowed us to show them. Hope you will welcome them.
The second interview was with Husna: "Having a job and leaving my home every morning with lots of energy is very satisfying for me. I'm really happy with my job and am happy."
The first interview below was with Freshhta, who has four children and whose man is a drug addict. She ends up with a strong message for women in Afghanistan and in the world.
The next interview will follow the coming week.
